Screen Printing Workflow
Art Creation
Our graphic designer will create new art or review your design and work with you to achieve the results you are looking for.
Separations
Once the design is mocked up on your choice of garments and approved by the client, our staff will create the separations-dividing the art into separate colors. These separations create positives that are printed on film.
Exposure
Now that we have the positives, our staff creates a stencil on individual screens using a process called exposure.
Registration
Next, our staff will take the screens that have the images that were divided by color and align them with a precise registration process.
Printing
Now the fun begins, we have approved art, separated by color, burned on a screen, aligned on the press. Now, we need to add the ink to each screen and start loading shirts!
